A Stone House by the Pool
Four bedrooms, a garden, a sparkling pool and views over the olive groves of Zakynthos. Room for the whole family, and a welcome that feels like home.
Welcome to Filoxenia
Filoxenia Stone House is a spacious detached house of stone in Kalpaki, set among olive trees with a garden and a seasonal outdoor pool. Its name means hospitality, and that is the spirit of the place.
Inside there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Balconies and a terrace look out over the countryside, and a stone barbecue waits in the garden.
With air conditioning, Wi-Fi, free private parking and room for up to eight guests, it is an easy base for families and groups.

The location, the atmosphere, how clean it was, the hosts, the pool, it was all fantastic. Very friendly hosts, made us feel very welcome in the house. We also booked a boat trip via their son Fotis, which was fantastic!
Tolle Villa. Alles vorhanden.
